WVU in the News: First WVU Brain Camp kicks off in Morgantown, WV

Between baseball, math, space and other interests, there are a lot of different summer camps to choose from, but one group of high schoolers is getting a sneak peek into the lives of neurologists during West Virginia University’s first Brain Camp, which commenced Monday.

Fourteen high school juniors and seniors made their way to Morgantown, where at WVU’s Health Sciences Campus, they worked with graduate students and researchers to gain an understanding of how the human brain works before participating in role-playing exercises to put what they learned to the test.
