Mild COVID-19 symptoms, cold or flu symptoms, ear or sinus pain or infection, minor fractures, back pain, minor headaches, blood work and lab services, bumps, cuts and scrapes, vaccinations, animal bites, stitches, sprains and strains, mild asthma or allergic reactions, foreign objects in the eyes or nose, rashes and minor burns, burning with urination, eye irritation, swelling or pain, TB test, pregnancy test, and DOT Physicals*
