Explore a sample of simple, secular, and scientifically-proven techniques aimed to change stress response, cultivating a more calm and resilient mind. Sampler workshops are offered monthly to groups and departments, typically as lunch & learn sessions. Serving as introduction to mindfulness, sampler workshops cover a variety mindful activities, including but not limited to:
- mindful movement
- mindful eating
- mindful listening & communication
- the science of mindfulness
