Virtual Mindful Mondays Series

Mindfulness is the ability to focus one’s attention in the here and now. The results of mindfulness changes our relationship to stress, lessens reactivity, enhances sleep, and increases resiliency.

Join the mindful steps team to begin or renew your mindfulness practice, address common challenges, and learn tips for applying mindful practices during COVID-19. This four-part online series is free for students, faculty, and staff of WVU and employees of WVU Medicine.

Participants can expect to be engaged in a variety of mindful exercises purposefully designed to provide personal and professional value, including:

  • Balancing techniques for burnout
  • Mindful self-care practices
  • Solutions for the sleepless
  • Holistic techniques for pain and sickness
