‘Mindful Solutions for the Sleepless’ virtual workshop

Trouble falling asleep or waking up in the night?

This free hour-long workshop will cover mindfulness practices for sleep through meditation and quick, effective yoga movements. Participants will learn how to tame anxious thoughts while calming the mind and body in effort to promote a good night’s sleep.
