Virtual Meditation

When:  Tuesdays & Thursdays (11:15 – 11:35 am), Wednesdays (1:15 – 1:35 pm)

Regular meditation sessions help strengthen mental muscle while promoting stress management, awareness of mind-body connection and relaxation. Led by instructors with decades of combined meditation experience, Wellness offers three 20-minute mindfulness meditation sessions a week. Meditations are open to all students, faculty, staff, and employees of WVU and WVU Medicine.
