This fun, low-impact class will incorporate a dynamic warm-up, a low-impact cardio and total body strength training session, a balance and agility segment, followed by core work and stretching to improve cardiovascular ability, muscular endurance, coordination, flexibility, and overall functional fitness. This class is designed to be self-paced and easier on the joints compared to traditional, high-impact aerobic classes.
