Hospital Billing Policies
Insurance will be billed unless other payment arrangements have been made. Consulting physicians, radiologists, and pathology are billed separately.

Care Payment
Patient is responsible for a portion of the estimated upfront cost and is then required to make payments based on their CarePayment plan.
