Provisions in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010 require tax-exempt (non-profit) hospitals to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Implementation Plan (CHIP) to address the needs at least every three years. You can view the results of our previous assessments below.
