Basic Function of Position: Responsible for relief work in the food service department with primary responsibility for kitchen duties including preparing and serving meals for employees, patients, and visitors. Sanitation and quality assurance responsibilities are vitally important when dealing in the area of food.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required with previous food service experience preferred. Current WV food handler’s card required.

This position is five 8-hour shifts and every other weekend; these include morning and evening shifts. Morning shift is from 5:30am – 2pm and evening shift is from 10:30am – 7pm.
