Stretch and strengthen in our restorative and relaxing prenatal yoga class! Anyone 12 to 37 weeks pregnant is welcome to register, and previous yoga experience is not required. Mats will be available, but participants should bring a pillow and water bottle.
Time: 5:15 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Location: This class meets in our University Town Center location’s first floor conference rooms.
