Stretch and strengthen in our gentle yoga class!  This class is geared to “newer” moms (with children three months to three years of age), but will accommodate any mom who is looking for a slower paced yoga class that is still useful for strength building.  Previous yoga experience is not required.  Mats will be available to borrow or you can bring your own.  Participants are also encouraged to bring a water bottle.  You must pre-register to attend this class.

Time: 6 – 7:15 p.m.
Location: This class meets on our University Town Center location’s first floor, in conference room 1A.
