A key strategic initiative for the RNI is the development of multidisciplinary centers with a focus on holistic patient care. The RNI continues to expand its centers and services, integrating multiple disciplines and forming a team of specialists. The team coordinates a comprehensive approach to optimize the diagnosis, management, and treatments of those impacted by neurological disorders.

WVU Medicine Center for Integrative Pain Management

The WVU Medicine Center for Integrative Pain Management strives to treat the whole person, not just the physical symptoms of pain. Our trained providers take the time to figure out the underlying causes of your pain and develop an integrative and individualized plan to target the affected area, to provide relief from pain, and improve your quality of life.

RNI Concussion and Brain Injury Clinic

Whether a pediatric patient or a professional athlete, each patient at the RNI Concussion and Brain Injury Clinic follows a treatment plan tailored to his or her individual needs and symptoms. With extensive experience working with pediatric, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, our concussion specialists quickly identify the signs and symptoms of concussion and direct patients into the best treatment path to recovery.

WVU Epilepsy Center

The WVU Epilepsy Center offers clinical, research, and educational services to patients with epilepsy.

The WVU Epilepsy Center focuses on providing consultative epilepsy evaluation and treatment of patients. Following treatment, patients typically return to their primary neurologist for long-term treatment and follow-up.

WVU Memory Health Clinic

The WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute Memory Health Center is the only multi-disciplinary specialty clinic in the state of West Virginia that specializes in:

  • Specific diagnosis of the type of dementia
  • Diagnosis of underlying conditions
  • Development of a comprehensive treatment plan for the patient
  • Addressing of patient’s caregiver/family’s needs
