WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center celebrated a successful Internal Medicine Residency graduation last week. Certificates of Completion Awards were presented by Residency Program Director, Michael Iannetti MD, FHM to graduates Morgan Scarpellini, D.O., Palak Shah, M.D., Daniel Shank, D.O., Dustin Spencer, D.O., Swapna Thammishetti, M.D., and Ethan Westbrook, M.D.
Additionally, Saadia Iqbal, M.D. was recognized as the Intern of the Year; Dustin Spencer, D.O. received The Dr. Jennifer Leavitt Resident of the Year; Dina Assail, WVSOM was recognized for Excellence in Medicine Medical Student of the Year; Sarah Wescott, D.O. was named Faculty of the Year; and Jennifer Leavitt, D.O. was named WVSOM Central Region Outstanding Preceptor of the Year
