Buckhannon, WV - Mike Ross, St. Joseph’s Foundation board member and President of Mike Ross, Inc. and Ross and Wharton Gas Company, presented a generous donation to the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation. His gift toward the Foundation’s end-of-the-year appeal will be used to help fund a new nurse call system.
The current system is over 35 years old and replacement parts are no longer available. The new system will ensure that patients can connect immediately with their nurses. The total cost for the project is $210,000. The Foundation has allocated $155,000 to the project, leaving $55,000 needed to fully fund the project
“We greatly appreciate Mr. Ross’s dedication to St. Joseph’s Hospital and its Foundation,” said Skip Gjolberg, St. Joseph’s Hospital Administrator. “Through his generosity and others like him, we are able to ensure that our hospital can provide the best in care to our community.”
St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation is a non-profit, 501-C organization that provides funds for needs at the hospital. Donations are tax-deductible.
