Reynolds Memorial seeks community input on health needs

WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital is seeking community input on health needs through a Community Health Needs Assessment. Every three years, this assessment helps determine the public’s perception of the current health barriers and major health issues facing the community.

A short, 10-question online survey is collecting input from those living or working in Marshall County, and those using the hospital’s services.

Information obtained from the survey will be used to help guide future services.

The hospital is also seeking public comment on the 2014 Needs Assessment and Implementation Plan.
