ANESTHESIOLOGY

Robert Stough, MD, joins the Department of Anesthesiology. He previously worked with the North Star Group in Morgantown, UPMC Children’s Hospital, Excela Health, and WVU. Dr. Stough completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Pennsylvania.

COMMUNITY PRACTICE

David Watson, MD
, joins the Department of Community Practice at Marion Medical Associates in Fairmont. He was most recently employed by MedExpress. Dr. Watson completed his medical degree at Marshall University and his family medicine residency at WVU.

HEART AND VASCULAR INSTITUTE

Imad Ahmado, MD, joins the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg. Dr. Ahmado was an interventional cardiologist at the University of Chicago/Ingalls Hospital. He completed his interventional cardiology fellowship at Lahey Clinic, Tufts University.

PEDIATRICS

Paul Rosen, MD, MPH, MMM, joins the Department of Pediatrics, and he will provide pediatric rheumatology care on a part-time basis. He is the state of West Virginia’s first and only pediatric-trained rheumatologist. Dr. Rosen is the acting director of the Division of Quality Measures for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Rosen was formerly an associate professor of pediatrics at Sidney Kimmel Medical College/Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and a clinical director and associate professor of pediatric rheumatology at UPMC Children’s Hospital. He completed a pediatrics residency at Mount Sinai, a pediatric rheumatology fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, a master’s degree in public health at Harvard University, and a master’s degree in medical management at Carnegie Mellon University.
