Morgantown radiothon to benefit WVU Medicine Children’s

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The 19th Annual Lacy Neff Q for Kids Radiothon benefitting WVU Medicine Children’s will hit the airwaves live on Thursday, Nov. 16, and Friday, Nov. 17.

WVU Medicine Children’s, Children’s Miracle Network, WVAQ (101.9 FM), WQZK (94.1 FM), and SKY 106.5 FM will host the radiothon in the Hostetler Family Resource Center of WVU Medicine Children’s, on the sixth floor of J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, and will be broadcasting live from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 16 and 17. 

Radio personalities will tell stories about children who have benefited from services provided by WVU Medicine Children’s. Patients are also scheduled to visit the radiothon to share their stories on air. To date, the radiothon has raised more than $1.7 million in support of WVU Medicine Children’s.
