Friends of WVU Hospitals announces annual holiday event

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Mark your calendar for the Sixth Annual Friends of WVU Hospitals Festival of Trees, which will feature two events November 20 and 21 at Lakeview Golf Resort and Spa.

“Mix, Mingle, and Be Merry” will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20 and will include dinner, the tree auction, and dancing to the music of Strizy D. Tickets for this event are $50 per person.

On Saturday, Nov. 21 families are invited to visit “Santa’s Village” to tour each station and enjoy activities, food, and fun. Kids can have their photos taken with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Monti Bear. Attendees can choose from two sessions – 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 3 p.m. Individual tickets are $10, and families with up to five members are $40.

Both events benefit the mission of Friends of WVU Hospitals.
