Men and women of all ages should make healthy lifestyle choices to reduce the risk of developing cancer and other serious diseases. These include eating right, being active, maintaining a healthy weight, staying away from tobacco, and limiting alcohol consumption.

Screening tests are also an important part of a healthy lifestyle as they give you the best chance of detecting cancer as early as possible. View the recommended screening guidelines by age and gender.
