At the WVU Cancer Institute, multidisciplinary medical teams use the latest cancer drugs, sophisticated technologies, and patient-driven research to deliver the best possible treatment in state-of-the-art facilities operated by WVU Medicine.
We offer outpatient chemotherapy treatments, labs, imaging, radiation oncology therapy, surgery, and inpatient care. More specialized services include stem cell transplants as well as blood and bone marrow transplants.
WVU and the WVU Cancer Institute are recognized nationally as clinical trials sites with cancer research, particularly focused on the types of cancers most common in West Virginia — hematological malignancies, lung, breast, prostate, and colon/rectal cancers.
We are dedicated to providing the very best care to all patients at every opportunity. If there is ever anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable, please let us know.
