Temple Challenge is Here!


Temple Challenge uses a proven, effective strategy to help you lose weight, build muscle, or reach your personal health goals. Just hard work, accountability, and the tools you need to be successful.


We are excited to announce that the Health and Wellness Center will be the new homebased for Temple Challenge beginning in December! Sessions will be offered 6 days per week and they are open to both members and non members. First class at the Health and Wellness Center is December 5th!

What is the Temple Challenge?

Temple Challenge workouts are completely different from what you’ve experienced before. Workouts begin with a quick warm-up and stretching, and then the fun starts!

Trainer Stacy Houser leads the class with energy and excitement, demonstrating moves when needed and maybe busting a few dance moves or two?

Not sure what the exercise is? Your neighbor will help – never any judgment for modifying a move! Temple combines a HIIT workout style with cardio for an all-over workout that leaves you dead tired but in the best way! The variety you want — from music to mood and moves – every workout is different. No two TC workouts are ever the same so your body won’t know what to expect. Every workout works your entire body plus offers cardio moves that keep your heart rate up!

Worried someone will notice you’re new?  Trust us – no one is looking at you. We’re all trying to catch our breath and keep moving, too!

Not sure what a bird dog is or if you can keep up?  No worries. All the moves are demonstrated, and you can modify them any time you’d like. The only rule is that you keep moving if you can.
