2018 WVU Medicine Employee and Dependent Tuition Reimbursement Application Period is Now Open!
We are excited to announce that the new Employee and Dependent Tuition Reimbursement application period for full-time and part-time employees for Fall 2018 is now open for employee enrollment. The application period is August 6, 2018 through September 7, 2018.
You will need to log into UltiPro and complete a Tuition Reimbursement Life Event for either of these reimbursement programs. Employees who complete an application will be advised of the status of their application through their WVU Medicine email.
If you did not already upload the required documents needed for either reimbursement program, please click here for instructions on how to view and upload documents. Documents must be uploaded by the end of the application period on September 7, 2018.

2018 Wellness Rewards Program
The 2018 Wellness Rewards program for the 2019 plan year is under way! Employees and spouses who are currently enrolled in a WVU Medicine medical plan should complete the program steps between August 1 and September 30 to earn incentives by completing the online Wellness Profile and indicating tobacco status at http://www.highmarkbcbswv.com/. You and your covered spouse must separately complete a Wellness Profile.
The program this year will not require you to obtain blood tests nor will you need to make an appointment for a physical for this year’s program. You will only need to complete the online Wellness Profile and indicate your tobacco status.
Please note: If you (or your covered spouse) do not complete the Wellness Profile to indicate tobacco status OR indicate you are a tobacco user and do not enroll in a tobacco cessation program between August 1 and September 30, the tobacco surcharge will automatically be deducted from your paycheck beginning in January 2019.
