Gentle Yoga: A wonderful way to experience yoga. Classes will be slow moving and focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, good posture, and breath work techniques. This class welcomes all levels of experience from beginners to participants who would like a slow moving class with deep focus on the trouble spots (neck/shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Participants will find this gentle class relaxing. We will use props (provided) making this class perfect for those suffering from stress, tight muscles and over active minds. No yoga experience is necessary. Mats are provided.
