Frequently Asked Questions

Medication Refills

By monitoring your medications, you can avoid a delay in refilling your prescriptions. We recommend that you check the status of your medications before each visit so that you can ask for refills while you’re in the office.

Lab and Test Results

Most test results take between 24-48 hours to be processed. Test results are reported as soon we receive the information from the laboratories. If you haven’t received your test result(s) after 48 hours, please contact us.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy

For the convenience of all our patients and staff, we require a 24-hour notice when patients need to cancel an appointment. New and regular patients who cancel or are a no-show without sufficient notice may be released from the practice.

Financial Policy

Patient payment is due at the time of service. Non-payment could result in rescheduling, cancelling, or delay of your appointment.

We provide emergency care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay. A medical screening will be completed to determine medical need.
