Wellness Center announces winter/spring programs

Are you committed to getting fit in 2016? Consider registering for one of the Wellness Center's winter/spring programs to get your journey started.

Classes include: Boot Camp and Body Sculpt, Weight Lifting, Yoga After Work, Yoga at Lunch, Zumba and Intraumural Sports. Classes only cost $3 when you use your wellness points.

If you prefer working out in a gym, join the Wellness Center's Fitness Center, located on the first floor of the WVU Cancer Institute. The gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And it only costs $10 to join when you use your wellness points.

Among the other services offered by the Wellness Center are nutrition action planning, personal fitness coaching, ergonomic assessments, and weight and body fat checks.
