Look Good, Feel Better
Offered in conjunction with the American Cancer Society, this group is for women who will go through or have gone through some form of treatment. The class is led by locally trained cosmetologists who are volunteers through the ACS. Each participant receives a make-up/skin care kit valued at $250. The intent is to help women manage treatment-related side effects and learn how to care for their skin. The class is offered monthly in Monongalia County; MBRCC alternates months with Mon General. The session through MBRCC meets from 5-6:30 pm on the first Monday every other month in the Cancer Center conference room, located on the ground floor. The 2017 meetings will occur in February, April, June, August, October, and December. Registration is required. Please contact Patricia Policicchio at 304-598-4563 or Jessica Markley at 304-598-4978.
