Some of the signs and symptoms include:

  • Pelvic pain or pressure
  • Abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge
  • Bleeding after menopause
  • More frequent or urgent need to urinate and/or constipation
  • Feeling full too quickly or difficulty eating
  • Bloating
  • Abdominal or back pain
  • Changes in vulva color or skin, such as a rash, sores, thinning, or warts
  • Itching, burning, pain, or tenderness of the vulva
  • Bleeding after intercourse
