For more than 30 years, the physicians, scientists, and staff of the WVU Cancer Institute have led the fight against cancer across West Virginia and established a national reputation for excellence.
WVU Medicine’s cancer services are available in several West Virginia cities, including Morgantown, Fairmont, Parkersburg, and Martinsburg, as well as in Oakland, Maryland. The WVU Cancer Institute team has touched the lives of thousands of patients each year through these locations and other efforts, such as education of the next generation of scientists, as well as area citizens in cancer prevention.
