WVU Medicine CCMC recently opened its first Primary Care office in Belpre and hosted a formal ribbon cutting with the Belpre Chamber of Commerce. Comments were made by CCMC's President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Altmiller, Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce Presdient Karen Waller and Belpre May Mike Lorentz.
Dr. Marcela Rugel-Aizprua is the primary care physician there and specializes in internal medicine. She has been working for CCMC the past five years in South Parkersburg at Patriot Point. Her practice has moved to Belpre and now provides a new choice for healthcare to area residents. She is accepting new patients at 740-315-1030 to schedule an appointment.
The new office is located at the intersection of Route 7 and Farson Street at 2434 Richmiller Lane, Suite C in Belpre.
