Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:15 am to 11:15 am.


One hour of exercise which incorporates squeezey balls, weights and good music.  Certified instructor, no laying on the floor exercise or jumping done in class.  Exerice for 30 minutes and take a 2 minute break and on for another 28 minutes. Come join the fun and you’ll be amazed at what your body can do!!
